With 21 years of experience in butchery, Kirk brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Tildsley's Butchery.
The opportunity to take over this iconic Camden institution was a dream come true for Kirk, his wife Kate, and their twin boys, Kayden and Colby.
Kirk is dedicated to ensuring that quality meats and exceptional customer service remain at the heart of Tildsley's. His presentation, freshness, and commitment to his customers are paramount.
